RAD’s ACE family of ATM carrier-class access devices supports multiple services over any wireless link (E3, in this example). ACE products support any combination of legacy services, such as E1/T1, voice, LAN, Frame Relay and HDLC, as well as Fast Ethernet services. They not only provide user interfaces for these services, but also perform intelligent differentiation between services. The wireless equipment does not need to support ATM, yet customers benefit from the flexibility and advantages of ATM such as Quality of Service, performance monitoring, remote service provisioning and traffic prioritization.

The ACE-2002 serves as a central site solution for wireless networks and the ACE-202 serves as a remote site solution.
