RAD's IMX-4E1 or IMX-4T1 inverse multiplexer, located at each branch
office, connects a high speed data channel over up to four E1/T1
wireless links. A built-in Ethernet bridge supports LAN-to-LAN applications.
The IMX provides a means for load sharing over redundant links to
improve the resilience of the high speed wireless connections.
At the central site, a DXC multiservice access node, equipped with
a DIM card, terminates the inverse multiplexing session and connects
to the ISP while grooming traffic for transmission to each branch
office.
