Airmux-200 Ver. 1.620
RAD's new Airmux-200 is a carrier-class, high-capacity, affordable multiplexer connecting E1/T1 and Ethernet networks point-to-point over a wireless link. Compliant with FCC, CAN/CSA and ETSI regulations for licence-exempt transmission, Airmux-200 operates over 5.8 GHz, 5.4 GHz, 5.3 GHz, 4.9 GHz, 2.4 GHz and 2.3 GHz bands.
Three new products are supported by the new SW Version 1.620:
Airmux-200L is a low-price POE link for Ethernet services only that enables improved position versus low-end competitors. The supported frequencies are 2.4 FCC, 2.4 High Power, and 5.8 FCC. The throughput is limited to 2 Mbps full duplex with a maximum range of 20 km.
Airmux-200LC is an Airmux-200L with hardware-ready collocation capabilities. It enables Airmux-200L collocations at a central site using burst synchronization pulses, thus reducing mutual interference. The burst synchronization feature is part of version 1.630 to be released in 12/2006 (SW upgradeable).
Airmux-200 All Indoor combines the IDU and ODU in a single enclosure. It supports 4T1 & ETH with 5.8 GHz FCC and is designed for the US market.

New features include:
• Adaptive Modulation§
• 5 MHz and 10 MHz Channel Bandwidth§
• Increased Frames§ Management
